Malaysia-China Consolidation is a service that collects goods in Malaysia and delivers them to China. In addition to delivering to China, MYBEST also offers freight consolidation from Malaysia to other Southeast Asian countries such as Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Brunei.

For shipments to China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Brunei, we offer air freight express channels.

For shipments to Hong Kong, besides air freight, we also provide sea freight options.

For shipments to Thailand, we have land freight channels.

Shipments to China do not include tax-inclusive services. If customs impose taxes during inspection, the taxes will be payable by the recipient in China.

Hong Kong and Macau are free trade and tax-free zones, so bulk shipments can be sent to Hong Kong without concerns about taxation.

If you need to transport goods from Hong Kong or Macau to mainland China, you will need to contact a local freight forwarding company in Hong Kong or Macau to make arrangements.

Sure! You can use courier services such as Grab or Lalamove to send the goods to us. Once our warehouse receives the package, we will proactively contact you to arrange for shipment.

Once the package is received at the MYBEST warehouse, we will proactively contact you to inform you of the weight and request shipment details.

There are no warehouse entry fees or package fees, it is completely free. However, there is a storage period of 90 days, after which items will be disposed of without notification.

If recipients in mainland China incur charges upon signing for the package, it is likely due to taxes payable upon receipt.

As we do not offer tax-inclusive services for shipments to China, any taxes imposed by customs will be payable by the recipient upon delivery in China.

If the package undergoes customs inspection, customs authorities may conduct an inspection to ensure that there are no prohibited items inside, which could result in the package being opened and resealed.

The delivery time for shipments from Malaysia to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Singapore is approximately 3 days. For deliveries to mainland China, Vietnam, and Brunei, it will be around 5-7 days. Shipments to Thailand take approximately 7-10 days.

However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays or customs inspections may cause delays in delivery times.

Different countries and different shipping channels have different requirements for identifying and transporting goods. For detailed information, please contact MYBEST customer service. Provide them with information about the goods you want to ship, and let them assist you with any questions you may have.

If prohibited or restricted items are mistakenly sent, resulting in the seizure, confiscation, return, or imposition of fines on the goods, our company does not accept any responsibility or liability for the consequences. The shipping fees collected will not be refunded, and the sender will be responsible for any consequences, expenses, or fines incurred.

After shipment, we will provide you with the tracking number and tracking information. You can use the provided information to track your parcel as instructed by the customer service.

If a package is lost, our procedure entails initiating an investigation with the courier and requesting appropriate compensation. The specifics of the compensation process and the amount are subject to the policy by courier. In the event that the courier does not offer compensation, our maximum liability and compensation amount will not exceed RM100 per shipment. Please note that the shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

Actual weight refers to the weight of the goods as measured by an electronic scale, while dimensional weight is calculated based on the dimensions (length, width, height) of the packaged goods.

The actual chargeable weight is determined by comparing the actual weight and dimensional weight, and whichever is greater will be used for calculation.

If the actual weight is greater than the dimensional weight, the actual weight will be used for calculation.

If the dimensional weight is greater than the actual weight, the dimensional weight will be used for calculation.

MYBEST accepts payment in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via bank transfer from Malaysian banks. (Cash and credit card payments are not accepted.)
