Restricted / Prohibited Items

  • The cubic sea freight channel does not accept firecrackers, rice, tyres, dangerous goods, weapons, plants, livestock, alcohol, tobacco, perishable goods, prohibited items, or products that are banned for export from the origin or import into the destination.
  • Sensitive goods include discs, adult products, cosmetics, liquids, powders, batteries, mobile phones, cameras, electronic products, food, branded goods, medicines, health supplements, and valuable items.

Delivery Time

  • The normal transit time is about 16–20 working days.
  • Actual arrival time may vary due to port arrangements, customs inspections, public holidays, or other shipping factors.
  • After dispatch, you can check shipment status through Parcel Tracking.

Packaging Requirements

  • Bulky and heavy goods are recommended to use reinforced cartons or wooden framing.
  • For shopping centres, office buildings, and other special delivery addresses, goods may only be unloaded at the designated unloading area.

Compensation Policy

  • If goods are lost or damaged during transit, MYBEST will handle compensation in accordance with the Terms of Service.
  • It is recommended that customers keep proof of cargo value and packaging photos before shipment.

Customs & Duties

  • The above quotation is for normal goods.
  • It already includes destination delivery charges, but does not include Singapore GST or upstairs delivery charges.
  • Self-balancing scooters, electric vehicles, and special machinery may require additional customs clearance charges.

Shipping Limits

  • Drivers deliver to the doorstep only and do not provide upstairs carrying service.
  • If sensitive goods are mistakenly shipped through the normal goods route and this results in fines, returns, destruction, or reshipment, the related charges must be borne by either the sender or the recipient.
